Over ripe banana of course. By the end of the 1st whipping the banana would fall apart and hence the whipping session would be over. a skilled torturer could get well over a thousand uses out of a wet noodle.

I would prefer to get whipped by a wet noodle..after I get whipped can I make some spaghetti:):)
