Yes I do. They stand out better and makes the picture a whole lot brighter and cooler. If it is pink, it looks prettier, if it's blue, it looks cooler. I also but borders around pictures!

I think it depends upon the subject matter, and what you are planning to do with the photo. I usually do not use a border on a print that I am planning to mount, either in a frame, or in a photo album. I usually do not add a border to a photo of a landscape or nature scene. Portraits I will usually add a border. I said usually in both of these situations, because every now and then, you just find a picture that begs for a border, or one that cringes away from a border.

Yes, but a border tends to cut out some of the background scenery.

As a rule, no. On very rare cases do I find a picture having a border being more attractive to me then one that doesn't have one.
