they can't, but a 63-year-old man can still get a woman pregnant...

Yes. But it is better if they don't. Older men have Downs Syndrome children (a particular birth defect) more often than younger men.

Marlon Brando's last kid was born when when he was 70. Then he died when the boy was only ten years old. You can have 'em, but it's not the best plan, unless there's a driving need for an heir. You probably won't enjoy their best years, and they'll see you only in your declining years. Or is it a paternity situation, you jolly dog, you?

Most men can. For women, however, it's generally not so. Besides, would you want to be a fertile elderly woman? You'd have too much to deal with, already!
-
most men, if not all men can NOT have kids. ;) that is if you mean give birth.

OK first, the smart ass answer... no, guys cannot have kids at any age. Now the real answer.. yes, men are fertile almost all of their lives once their balls drop and sperm production begins(unless something has happened i.e. medical procedure, spermicides) Unlike women, men do not loose the ability to make a child. Thus why you see alot of young women with really old guys, for the money, and for children (for even more money)
-
Yes, easy, I am living proof...
-
yeah my dad was seventy six when i was born

No man at any age can have kids but men, even at 63 years old and above, can become fathers.
