pretty much the same... however you MIGHT get less of it. BUT considering you have likely never tasted non-pastuerized milk so it would likely taste richer just because it was fresh

Most likely it wouldn't have as much butterfat. Dairy breeds are bred for volume and richness (butterfat). Milk is purchased for processing and resale based on volume and how rich it is in butterfat. The higher butterfat content would make the milk from a Jersey, Gurnsey, etc. taste richer.
