Angus. Frehley is not bad but I've yet to hear a fantastic riff or solo from Frehley that can compete with an average one from Angus.

Wow... tough call, but overall I'd say Angus. However, if you ever listen to Frehley's solo in "Shock Me", you may end up on the fence.

Frehley when he doesn't play with KISS. Angus is not a virtuoso.

I like ace but he was no more than a average guitarist, He didn't even play on some of kiss' studio stuff a session guitarist sat in, but Angus I've played the guitar now for about 20 yrs and if you break it down and think of all the famous riffs that came outta that boys head its incredible. (For some of you who aren't quite sure what a riff is)in some cases AKA. The Hook. Well like the beginning to back in black or dirty deeds or a whole lotta rosie. The famous guitar parts that hooks you in is usually a riff. Its not only how fast or how good technically you play but you have to be able to make this stuff up your in head and Angus could do it just about as good as anyone. Lets put it this way. They could have a different drummer and different guitar player and still be Kiss. without Angus there is no AC DC
