How can I get the customer service agents to understand what I'm asking them to do when I call to fix a billing issue?

    i had them before and tried 5 times to get the same service added... every time i called the agent said it was added... to this day it still does not work... communications classes maybe?

    GL with that. I have contacted them at least 10 times and even talked to a supervisor about my bill that they screwed up.. they still refuse to fix it..they won't admit they screwed up and they did.. 5 months and I am still waiting for results.. Every agent tells you something different. I finally got fed up and changed providers.. if you can, that may be the best thing you can do.. seriously.. they don't care.. they took me off a $40.00 which included EVERYTHING including long distance, and then charged everything separate so my $40.00 went to $150.00 a month. I didn't authorize any of it but they said I did. I asked them why I would tell them to take me off a $40.00 plan that included everything just to have to paya $150.00 PLUS LD for the same things.. they still say I did.. They are so incompetant.. You are fighting a losing battle.
