I have had that happen with ever relationship I have ever ended. My friends always took sides.

I think that only happens if you did something morally wrong, or was seen as doing something hurtful to the one you broke up with. If many people start ignoring or avoiding you, that tells you something. If it's just one or two people, don't worry about it. As long as you do the right thing, make good choices, that's all that matters.

Yeah, my sister did that to me. Her friend cheated on me and she kind of chose her over me. Meh, what are you gonna do? I was acting like an idiot back then.

Yes!! He told all the friends to completely ignore me if I tried to talk to them! It only happened once, thankfully.

Yeah, that's just the way it goes sometimes. People will choose who they side with.
