What is the suggested age for television programs 'not rated'?

    that would depend on the individual I guess and what the parent thinks. There are some shows rated PG that I as an adult are ashamed to watch. Then there are shows that are rated PG 13 that to me are perfectly mine for older kids. So, I don't know. I would say have the adult watch it and then go from there.. I always watched anything first before I let my kid watch it.
