I don't have a proper name for it. We just call it Gram's tomatoes, but it is a salad my Gram used to make. Pint of red cherry tomatoes, halved Pint of yellow pear tomatoes, halved 1 Large beef steak tomatoe, 1/2 inch cubes 1 large cucumber, peeled, cut in 1/2 inch chunks marinate 1/4 cup olive oil 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried basil Mix together, toss with veggies, let sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours (overnight is okay). Yummy stuff.
