  • You could smear some wholegrain mustard on it before cooking and then grill doing the same on the other side too.
  • Dip them in kraft zesty italian dressing and then in shake and bake. I just use regular shake and bake with italian herb added. Then put them on a rack and let the coating dry. Then quickly fry them in a little oil.
  • My favorite way to cook pork chops is on the grill. I get the grill hot before I put on the chops. I salt and pepper the chops with sea salt, and lemon pepper. Then I take some Worchestersauce in a bowl and brush this on the chops while they are cooking. and I brush the other side when I turn them over. I dont usually use recipes, I cook alot just off the cuff, you can use your imagination. I have always had good comments on them cooked this way. Just dont over cook them. And you can brush a little BBQ sauce on them,,, that works too.
  • Boneless- Throw them in a pyrex dish with salt, pepper, and some BBQ sauce. Cook in the oven for about 40 minutes. Mac and cheese and navy beans goes well with it too.
  • my favourite way is to defrost the chop first and then put mustard and a bit of butter on it, wrap it in tinfoil and put it in the oven for 30 minutes gas mark 8. if you leave them in too long they go dry
  • Shake and bake
  • I like to get the extra thin ones. I dip them in beaten egg and then breadcrumbs that have been mixed with a bit of flour, salt and pepper. Pan fry on both sides (put a little oregano in the frying oil) till lightly brown, then put in the oven 400 degrees for 15-20 min., to finish.
  • Two ways I like to cook them both are in a slowcooker: in a mushroom sauce or in a sweet tomato sauce like a sweet n sour. The put them over Basmati rice.
  • I like to just add a little salt and pepper and stick them in the broiler until they are browned on each side. This leaves them crispy on the outside and still very moist on the inside.
  • A little oil, a little white wine, cook through and serve with applesauce (we say stewed apple in Australia).
  • I like to put them on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and add a star anise to the oil. This gently infuses the pork and it tastes great served with apple sauce!
  • Stuff them and then grill.
  • This one gets raves! I've used it for other types of pork as well. Bourbon Glazed Pork chop 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons bourbon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 6 (1-inch-thick) bone-in pork chops *Directions* 1. Stir together first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish or large zip-top plastic bag; add pork chops. Cover or seal, and chill for 30 minutes, turning once. Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade. 2. Grill pork, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) about 10 to 12 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160°, turning once. 3. Bring reserved marinade to a boil in a small saucepan, and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Pour over chops before serving.  Yield: Makes 6 servings
  • breaded and fried, that's what I'm having right now, and it's awesome!
  • My favorite way is to just salt and pepper and garlic powder bone-IN chops on both sides and sear them to a nice brown color in a little butter in a skillet. It's quick, under 15 minutes and I love the crispiness of the chop and the juiciness, if you don't over cook them. But if you want to try something really different try this: Thai Pork Chops 4 pork chops with bone 3/4 cup good salsa 1/4 cup peanut butter 2 TBS lime juice 1 TBS soy sauce 1 tsp ginger 4 TBS chopped peanuts 2 TBS Cilantro or fresh coriander Put all ingredients but the last two in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. When done, sprinkle on last 2 ingredients. Serve over rice, preferably jasmine rice.
  • Lawrys Tequila lime 30 minute marinade, 35-45 mins in oven at 375, covered. Delicious! serve with white rice and some seasoned veggies. Ryan- Palm Bay, FL

  • I fry them in a little oil 1 min each side then sprinkle some salt and pepper then put them in the oven for about 25 mins at 180/200c depending on ur cooker simple put tasty
  • I like them lightly spiced with a touch of galic and pepper, backed in the oven. After about 10 min, put some tomato sauce, let it bake for 45 minutes then put some mozzeralla cheese, bake for 10 more minutes....they are so awesome that way!!
  • dip em in some milk mixed with eggs... Then dose em' in some bread crumbs, an then fry them in a skillet with vegetable oil....
  • My personal favourite is:- 3 Decent Firm Apples, Peeled cored and chopped up into Dice sized pieces. Put into a heavy based pan, add a splash of boiling water, 28 grams of soft brown sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, cook very slowly for 20 minutes, stirring every now and again, if you like smooth apple sauce whisk it, otherwise stirring will achieve your desired consitency. Take four Large Pork Chops, season with salt and pepper. Grill in the oven until they are a nice colour on both sides, (Again your preference) Once they are nearly done, remove from the oven and cover one side with a generous helping of your apple sauce, cover this with some good strong cheese. (Being British I love extra mature cheddar, but again you know what you like. It just needs to melt well and evenly) Return to the grill and cook until the cheese is browned and bubbling nicely. I serve this with mustard too and some nice green beans. Delicious..
  • Reynolds Oven Bag with whatever vegetables you like and whatever seasonings you like, and a little flour in the bag. Not sure what it does except that if you use wine with it, the fat from the meat will mix in and make a gravy. Cook it for at least an hour at 400.

  • Melt bacon grease in pan....high heat...add chop...salt & pepper top (or garlic salt)..cook 1-2 min....flip chop....add soya and worchestershire sauce...cover...reduces to medium heat....cook 2nd side 1-2 min. The sauce will reduce and thicken. Turn heat off..turn chop so sauce covers both sides. Serve chop over bed of plain cooked rice. (rice could have stir fried veggies added to it.) Cook time varies depending on thickness. Yummy!!!
