Willie Mays. His stats aren't quite as good as Aaron's but Mays had to go to war for a couple of years. Mays was the best CF and maybe the best all-around player ever.

After viewing their career batting and fielding statistics, they're very close, but I'd give the edge to Henry "Hank" Aaron. Not because of his HRs because Aaron and Mays averaged about the same number of HRs per year for their career, but because Aaron had slightly better batting and fielding numbers than Mays.
