If that's what they like to do, it's fine. Some will likely answer differently, but it's neither a turn on nor a turn off if a woman wears/doesn't wear underwear for me.

Whatever turns her on. There are advantages either way.

Not so sure how one would know whether or not she is wearing underware. Unless, of course, she has on a short skirt and exits a car. Still, if she chooses to 'go commando,' not sure it's even any of my business, so she could commando her going 'til the cows come home.
