This is the rest of it.... My sister has had a cat before and she kicked it out of her house because it scratced her stupid bf. They also had 2 hamsters, one ate the other one's head and her bf got pissed and threw the other one off on the second floor of their apartments. They now have a cat and she's only about 3 months old, and I'm afraid they might throw it away too. Should I wait or what should I do?!

You should call them on both your sister and her boyfriend. These two should never be allowed to own animals ever again, if what you say is true. It might be difficult to provide evidence to the SPCA, though, without a body of the animal in question.

Call now before it's too late. We only want the animals safe not for them to be taken to court or jailed. If you wait, something terrible could happen and sure, they could get into trouble, but the animals could still be dead or injured.
