Your bread will rise faster than expected, perhaps so fast that it overflows the bowl you are rising it in. Also there will be too many bubbles in it, you will have to spend more time kneading them out for the second rise, and the second rise will also threaten to overflow and will create too many bubbles. It will rise again in the oven, possibly overflowing the pan and scorching. If you added just a tad too much yeast, I wouldn't worry, but keep a close eye on it as it rises and as it bakes. You might find that the taste of the bread is also altered.

If you simply spill when measuring yeast, try to add an equal percentage of salt to your recipe: salt is the rise inhibiter in your bread recipe. For instance, if you add 3 tsp yeast instead of 2 tsp to your flour, and your recipe calls for 1 tsp of salt, add 1/2 tsp extra salt. Hope this helps!
