  • Anger. I try to walk it off. Or at least keep it inside and deal with it later.
  • When I am pissed off, I need to vent to someone patient enough to listen.
  • When I get impatient or aggravated it is hard to snap out of. I get in a mood where everything pisses me off. When this happens I just have to be alone and read or something to calm me down. Shopping also helps me, I guess because I am walking so much. It is something I am working to become better at.
