What are the pros and cons of the EnV2 for a 12 year old? (Please, no rude comments. I'm paying for EVERYTHING)

    I myself, have a enV2. I works well, except it kept freezing up whenevr I would try too type in a text message...I then, had to go get an upgraded software installed. Now, the texting works fine. But, theres a new problem, The whol front part of my phone's button WILL NOT work. It is veryy frustrating, so I am going too send it in too get a new phone hopefully for free. Because the buttons will occasionally work, then wont. So, those would be the problems dealing with the enV2 for me. But, besides that its a good phone. (:
