I think so. I don't really like spicy food myself (too much of a wimp lol). Mild spice is ok. But I've heard of some restaurants requiring customers who order extremely spicy foods (like suicide wings) to sign a waiver in case 'something happens' so the restaurant isn't responsible and the customer knows the risks.

I think so, the spicy food could make your stomach bleed or hemorage from the ulcerations as the spice eats the lining! as well as the Pain!

I love the most spiciest of spicy things. All sorts of chilli peppers, eaten by themselves, raw and whole. I have never passed out before, nor gotten a stomachache. I think this is because I've been eating them since I was a young teenager.

If you are not used to spicy hot food then yes it is possible due to choking or stomach bleed. Then God help you when evacuating, that is truly bad. Regards.
