A gift certificate for a massage is a present that most women would enjoy.

I dated a guy once that would give me a gold ball to put on the necklace chain he bought me once we became exculsive. Every date, my necklace became larger. (and it was romantic as he would take the necklace off and kiss my neck while he put the next ball on) When we called it off, I gave him the necklace back and I'm sure his next girlfriend is getting the same balls. Doesn't bother me though, I thought it was nice at the time.
