Obama preaches a lot about the cost of oil and how we need to lower consumption to lower demand. Don't you think that he should practice what he preaches and should fly a commercial airline instead of a chartered 757?

He's a lot like Al Gore in that respect. When they say "we" should do this, and do that, what they really mean is "you" should do this and do that. They are elitists and feel they are above the little people.

Hypocrite! There I said it and have many times for a great many people just like Obama. Al Gore, Nancy Pelosi, Ted Kennedy, The Clintons, Harry Reid, John Edwards, John Kerry etc. need I continue?

I think all politicians who suggest its somewhat our fault for not lowering consumption are idiots. Tis the politicians backed by the industrialists is why we are as dependent on oil as we are and with open borders and more people guess what.. more demand. How can a growing economy not use more oil? Stop growing?
