We'd (hopefully) have the usual Halloween decorations up still. However, I suppose during the week or two leading up to Halloween, schools all over the country would teach its students financial responsibility, how to conduct stock transactions smartly, and cautionary tales of the all-too-spooky "Money Scare of Halloween '29" (or something along those wires.) Those cautionary tales told by teachers nationwide- elementary, middle, and high school alike, would range from the events on Wall Street itself to how some rich families didn't get out of the looming financial disaster in time. For the night itself, I suppose the costume wardrobe would include a lot of the 1920s-era stockbroker attire, worn by kids and adults everywhere every Halloween.
