The job search process is always more scary for me.

At this stage I think ending one, because I haven't experienced getting sacked or retirement. The unknown is usually scarier. I have experienced looking for and starting a job. I can go through them again and again.

For me it would be to end my current job. The economy is just getting worse and worse where I live, and where I work I have seniority and a union to back me up. If I quit this job I would have to start all over again somewhere else that might not have the job security where I am.
