Well, for starters, you have to be sober - put that beer down, Mendtos! lol I guess you talk to the people at your local Skate World, Skate Nation, or whatever. Even zamboni drivers have to start somewhere. Cool gig!

You may need to be prepared for cleaning toilets, taking out the garbage etc while the game is on. I think they do janitorial as well.
