Computers crash because it's good for bussiness. Never give the people what they want, always make them crave for more. Although the cumputers core is much, much faster than 10 years ago, in the end there isn't any improvement of working speed. To slow them down software becomes more bulky, although the alphabeth doesn't grow. Also new computers aren't compatible with old software, to prevent you from getting what you want; a lightning fast computer. Building more reliable PC's is also possible for a few dollars more, but it would be the same as building a car that doesn't rust.
