NC EUC08-tier1 ended today, when filing I got message staing benefit year has expired. Does this mean I'm not eligible for EUC08-tier2?

I lost my 60k job 1/10 and I got a job making $14/hour for 32 hours a week but it wasn't what I was told so quit. Can I still get CA UI?

You're reading I have been claiming incapacity benefit for eight weeks and today I received a letter saying I had to atttend an interview at the job centre for a pathways to work interview and failing to do so could affect my benefit. Is this compulsory.
