I start off with "Thank you Lord for being my friend". I know that sounds silly to you but that's how I start off and end up with. In the middle I count my blessings and pray for those who need prayer.

I dont 'pray' But I often say "Let go and let God".When times are tough and it just feels like way to much to handle.A feeling of peace always comes over me.

The first thing I always say in my prayers is to thank my higher power for all the gifts in my life. I ask for my children and grandchildren and husband and myself to all have good health and happiness.
