yes... there is too many on the roadways looking for their ticket quota instead of looking for killers and rapists and other violent crimes☺

yeah i have seen cops bothering guys riding their bikes trying ot write a ticket for him not having an ID. ONLY IN NYC would this happen! and the stop had racial undertones- i know this isnt discrimitaion category. he a good question is, who actually things police are really helpful?
