Funny you should ask...the street down the road from me has the same name as I do...but it wasn't named after me. - No it's not Sunblynd st. but good guess.

funny you should ask. Shortly before the end of last summer, I took it apon myself to name the city pool after myself, I went there to swim just like I do every day, and glued a cardboard plaque to the front steps saying, "The J.F.McGinnis City Pool." I event thought to have it laminated, so it should be around untill someone decides to go out and rip it off.

I've had about 5 children named after me. I don't personally know any of the Jacinta's, but I do sympathise with them for having our name! Do they count as important? I'm not sure...
