Depends on what kind of car you have.

none if you have one of those new hybrid ones that turns the engine off when stopped... i have heard it kills your starter and wastes more gas if you turn a regular car off and start it again though... if you wanted to measure exactly then take your idle rpms times the time times the ammount of gas used per rpm

If you have a pre-hybrid engine, then it probably uses about 1/4 as much gas while idling as it does when cruising.
