  • My understanding is that you need to do a late registration from the RGD in Jamaica. You would get a Jamaican birth certificate since that's where you were born. Here's the link to the website: http://www.rgd.gov.jm/?q=birth-registration
  • I think you would have a Jamaican birth certificate...
  • If you attended public school in the US, they have a copy of your birth certificate, and you can get a copy from the school system you attended. From that you will have the information to apply to the hospital/registrar for a certified copy. Edit: you can also contact the hospital where you were born and ask them where to apply for a certified copy.
