    Certain contests require you to be entered into a prize draw or some similar method of picking a winner. This may not be permissible within the gambling laws of certain states. Other restrictions aplicable may be those placed upon the age of contestants or the distribution of certain prizes (to take a British Isles example, a London based company may be unwilling to deliver to Northern Ireland, ditto a Welsh company with a supply depot in Camarthenshire with regards to delivering to the Channel Islands.
