For those who get pedicures... What is your thought on that horrific cutting of the skin the spa lady does to the sides of your toenail, and the shoving back of your cuticle?

That it's not supposed to hurt, and if it does the spa lady is doing it wrong, or not being gentle enough, and I would find another pedicurist.
