If you are just trying to have fun then yes, wave your arms like crazy. If you are actually competing to see who can stay on the longest, you will want to tie your hands with a rope to the harness that is attached to the bull's head/neck. Beware of muscle aches the next day unless your body is used to rigorous activity.
