Well I would assume it would be monthly with a lease, but then again it probably differs from park to park. You'd have to speak with the owner of the property, and if you can't, I'd assume its either monthly with a lease, or month by month with a higher rent. That's how it's been every place I've rented.

That depends on the state that you are in. If you are talking about an actual manufactured home and moving it every few months that would be nuts, the set up and tear down would kill you. If you are talking about a travel trailer in a mobile home park, most mobile home parks quit doing that a number of years ago.
