I guess it's not necessarily crazy but... I call my boyfriend at 6am- we sleep on the phone til 6:15am when HIS alarm goes off, then we get up and get ready to go to work. lol. I have no idea why.

exfoliate my scalp every morning after I shower, I shave my head/face, then I exfoliate with St. Ive's Apricot Scrub

Not too crazy but I'd say it is just taking all my herbs I take. I do 3 kinds 3 times a day. That's a lot of capsules to down LOL!

After washing my face I always always rub ice cubes over it.

I take a picture of myself when I wake up and send it to my friends :)
