How long can a typical class A motorhome provide power, water, and sanitary facilities under the power of its generator without being connected to the outside world?

    That is up to you.

    Obviously it depends on use. If you spend all of your time in your motorhome and use only the facilities and supplies on board and there is only you, and you eat and drink as frugally as you would living out of a backpack on a hiking trip you could live for several weeks... If you have five friends and you eat and drink a lot my guess would be that you fill your sewage tank first, probably within the first week.

    If you use a lot of electricity, you may be limited by fuel for the generator. If you use the stove or central heat a lot you may run out of LP gas first. If you shower every day you will probably run out of fresh water or gray waste water storage first. Most RV owners don't shower on board, but some will when hooked up to water and sewer. A sponge bath uses much less water and waste storage.

    So, the generic answer is: how frugal can you be?
