• Depends on the person. I can take a nap and still go to bed at the same time. I love naps but for some it makes them stay awake all hours at night. As well, napping affects your metabolism so I try not to take them too much. Your metabolic rate drops while you nap, and it most likely just got started so if your trying not to gain weight or lose, dont take a nap.
  • I take naps at night. Mostly I just fall asleep for 10-15 minutes and I wake up refreshed. Later I go to bed at my normal time.
  • When I'm under the weather sometimes the extra rest during the day is demanded by my body along with a full night sleep.
