• Crock pot with some beef broth and cola. With keep it nice and tender while it reheats.
  • I would slice it and reheat it in gravy. Makes the meat nice and tender too if you let it simmer for a while.
  • If you didn't slice it before you froze it, you just have to slice it before you thaw it. I have a Food Saver vacuum bagger so I can divide stuff into single servings and freeze them forever with no freezer burn. I can drop a bag in a bowl of water and it is thawed in a few minutes.
