Yes, it would absolutely be affected in a very negative way. Every living thing is a part of the great EQUILIBRIUM of LIFE. If fleas were to be eradicated from the face of the earth, the ecosystem's Cycle of Life, its very BALANCE would certainly be disrupted. The 4 Main Relationships of the Ecosystem, namely: Mutualism, Commensalism, Parasitism, and Predation, must constantly be in a state of unified interosculation. If we disturb, and destroy even one of these relationships, the BALANCE would be gone, and we'll all definitely suffer from it....

well, when fleas suck blood, animals make more blood. May be a way of keeping the blood supply fresh and healthy, in order to build the immune system. However, nature adjusts, so maybe more ticks, mosquitoes, and leeches would step up to fill the void.

Yes and no. Species disappear, but when man is cause, that is usually negative.

Not so much as it would've affected history...........There would've been no Black Plague in Europe (rats and fleas then, but is still carried by prarie dogs in some areas today because of fleas).
