Yes, both in grade school and high school. I loved being a part of the choir because we were allowed to skip classes during practice and singing competitions :)

Yep... I was in the Indianapolis Boys Choir WAY back when, then in church choirs from about 8 until 18 or so. For the latter part (from about 15-20), I played guitar for the group, too.
And, in school, I was in choirs from Jr High through High School. For my Jr and Sr year, I was in TWO choirs (besides our church Fold Choir) - The Acapella Choir (about 80 members, soloists, and again, I played guitar a few times for them), and Varsity Singers, 15-20 members, where I also played guitar.

I grew up singing in choirs, and contintued well into my adulthood. I gave it up about 5 or 6 years ago. I got tired of it, and it took time away from my other hobby which is acting.

Yes, in high school I sang in the acapella choir. We did specials and also put on musicals. It was my favorite class. I sing in my church choir when I attend.
