I used to have very long labia. I had a labiaplasty over a year ago and it was the best thing I've ever done. It's one of the easiest surgeries you can do. Not only can I run and wear tight pants now, but my labia have actually become more sensitive now. However, I never had a problem with how it looks. Quite large. In fact, I once measured how long they were, and apparently only 5% of women have ones as long as me. You can see them peeking out when I am standing up straight.
