I am going to see REO Speedwagon for the first time in concert 4 rows from the front seat...Any suggestions?

As in any concert environment, especially when sitting that closely, bring ear plugs. The performers won't take offense if they see you putting them in. They'll think, 'hey someone else doesn't want to lose their hearing.'

Have a blast. If you have long hair and use a straightening iron on it before you go, it will really swing around very cool like!

Have a good time and enjoy the concert. Never the less if you can change your seat to the mid center of the area you will hear the music a lot better and no hearing problems later or use ear plugs. Regards.
