How many bags of actual garbage does your household generate every month? We produce about one full bag a month, thanks to the city's recycling program.

We have a recycle program as well. I don't know what you include in "garbage"..just food? Our Trash can is usually full each week..3-4 bags of trash. But that includes 14 different categories of items. Do you cook at home a lot or eat out a lot? We rarely eat out. I can't imagine generating only one full bag a month of trash, unless yours is confined to food scraps, discarded leftovers, etcetera and nothing else! :)
