What would happen to all my questions, answers and ratings, if I changed my AB username?

I would imagine you would have to start all over again. ab may not recognize your former username. joel has this answer.

I agree with john that you should ask joel before you change your AB username to be on the safe side. I can, however, tell you that when I did it all my records were combined under the new username.

And the answer is: As with Anonomous too, your username simply changes everywhere. I took a chance and tried it. Nothing changes, except that now maybe quite a few folks may not know who you are anymore. Probably best nt to change your avatar at the same time, unless you WANT people to forget you. Even then, that may not work, since a lot may recognize your questions, or even answering styles.
