  • Agree. Being proactive is the best choice instead of waiting for anything to fall on your lap.
  • I tend to side with Mr. Franklin... wise man ;) You can help others all you want to, but if you are unwilling to help yourself... then you get bogged down by the lack of balance and lose yourself. It's not enough to just go through the motions of living your life. You need to gain perspective and experience through all things positive and healthy. I think there is something that is sacred in treating the body like a temple. I think that the only way to have love and foster real relationships is to love and respect yourself. I think that there is something divine about having enough gratitude for the things that you have and can have... that you see every day as an opportunity to be the best version of yourself.
  • If God does help those who help themselves, I think that it's about time he made a start on it.
  • Agreeeed.. nothing comesby itself.. :)
  • I agree 100%....but I got to be careful or the thought police with chase me down and criticize me for believing in one of the forefathers....
  • Disagree, I don't beleive in a god so can not beleive they would help anyone. Besides if god helped those who helped themselves then he helped the scum bags who helped themselves to the things we had worked hard to pay for while we were visiting family. If we want a close society then shouldn't we help each other?
