  • eat 6 smaller meals and exercise first thing in the morning if you can.
  • Burn off more calories than you intake, and you lose weight. It's simple math. Your question doesn't provide enough data, for anyone to make an accurate assessment. You are excercising which is a great thing, but we don't know what you are eating. Running is really good for you, as personal preference I go with swimming, but that isn't a readily available excercise for most people.
  • You don't need to run after each meal. Just get at least 30-45 minutes of exercise a day for like 6 days each week. Eat lots of fruit/vegetables, whole grains, fish, decrease the amount of red meat, white breads, baked desserts, etc. and you should be fine. Although, what I did was I walked for 2-3 hours a day one summer since I had no school. I did that early in the morning and basically ate what i mentioned above and lost 35 pounds in the two months. Now I'm just maintaining my weight by going to the gym a few days a week... good luck!
  • first, exercise on an empty stomach and then don't eat for at least an hour after......second, get the book "body for life" and read it...it is the best and most rewarding program I've tried and I still do it after 4+ years
  • Thanks for the help guys
  • It's one hell of a lot better than crash dieting! The formula for weight loss is actually quite simple: Calories out > calories in
