  • I always found sexual release as a cure for my headaches. I suppose sex that is not satisfying could cause or add to a headache. Tension build up.
  • Yes, it can. The most common is called a benign coital headache, and it is pretty harmless. They are caused by muscle contractions and blood vessel dilation in the neck and head area. The more serious type, is called a 'new onset' headache and is a sudden, first time headache that is usually described as the worst headache of their life. This is usually caused by some sort of brain hemorrhaging. I used to get headaches, the non-serious kind. Definitely wasn't enjoyable.

  • A couple years back I pulled a muscle in my neck and for weeks after I would get a pounding headache after any sexual release. Tylenol which usually helps me within 20 would have no effect. eventually it went away.

  • Yes but it can also get rid of some like migraines from increasing the blood flow through the widen less constricted blood vessels.
