  • Potassium chloride can induce cardiac arrest -- & it likely won't leave a trace because after death the blood potassium & chloride levels go way up anyway. Cardiac arrest isn't the same as heart attack, though many people with heart attacks go into cardiac arrest. It would be hard to prove either way.
