    It depends on a lot of factors. For example, formal clothes tend to cover our body more. That wouldn't look fashionable if temperatures are hitting 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The person wearing the clothes is also a factor. Even tattered clothes would look good on someone who knows how to carry them.
