I'm not a doctor, but Ibuprofen brings down fever. You might want to go to the doctor though to make sure everything is okay?

Are you trying to get a high fever or to loose one? To loose a high fever go somewhere cold, outside or a cold shower are good. But be careful, it could also be fatal.
