it's more likely that those dreams are a sign that you already have that phobia, and you're dreaming about it over and over because of it. However, I have had dreams where the strange feeling from it has stuck with me for the whole day. I suppose it's possible that a dream could intensify a fear.

It could if you let it. We can make ourselves believe anything. I can dream I won the lotto, but that won't make it so!:)It's just a dream, that's all!:):)
